A Playstation emulator by one of the authors of ZSnes. This is the basic version, you may want to visit the homepage to get all the plugins. Its a nice emulator with a good compatability and speed ratio. Well worth testing.
You should really visit the ePSXe homepage for all the required plugins.

This emulator requires the Playsation BIOS - but Sony and their incredible greed have forced me to remove links to the file and even a picture of their crap logo. I'm sorry but I cannot offer this file (and do not email me asking, cant do that either!).
